Nicolas Renouf has been named Resort Manager at Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa. In this role, Renouf will be responsible for day-to-day resort operations and will work with Managing Director Michael Medeiros.
Renouf joins the property following the completion of a renovation that refreshed guestrooms, public spaces, and signature amenities. The renovation was designed to honor the hotel’s legacy.
Before joining Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa, Renouf served as Director of Food & Beverage at InterContinental Boston, where he led a 130-member team overseeing a $32 million food and beverage operation, managed renovation projects, and helped the hotel achieve Forbes Four-Star and AAA Four Diamond recognition.
Renouf has also held leadership roles with Four Seasons Palm Beach and Kempinski Hotels in Latvia, Lithuania, and the United Arab Emirates. His previous responsibilities included leading hotel operations, developing teams, and managing operational initiatives.
Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa is located in New Hampshire and is one of the last remaining Grand Hotels in the state.
