In Brief: Noble Investment Group has appointed Matt Noland director of capital markets, responsible for asset realizations and debt origination and management across the company’s portfolio.

Before joining Noble, Noland worked at Peachtree Group, where he managed the portfolio and executed hospitality investment transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of hotel assets.
Earlier, Noland was a member of the debt capital markets team at JLL, where he supported the placement of nearly $1 billion in debt and equity capital for acquisitions, refinancings and ground-up developments.
Noland also held roles in credit and investment banking at Truist Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University and is completing a Master of Business Administration degree at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
