Nobu Hospitality is developing a new hotel and residential project in Kraków, Poland, in partnership with SAO Investments.

Nobu Hospitality has unveiled plans for a new development in Kraków, Poland, including a hotel, restaurant, and residential units. This project marks Nobu’s first residential venture in Eastern Europe and its second hotel operation in Poland, following the opening of Nobu Hotel Warsaw in 2020.

The new development is strategically located near Kraków’s historic Old Town. It aims to integrate luxury living with cultural and artistic experiences, reflecting the city’s rich heritage. The project is a collaboration with SAO Investments, a noted investor in luxury real estate within Poland.

The Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences in Kraków will feature 100 hotel rooms and 80 residential units. The residences are designed to offer a blend of luxury and cultural immersion, and residents will have access to a variety of exclusive amenities and services, including priority reservations at the Nobu restaurant.

In addition to accommodations, the development will introduce what is described as a cultural district within the city. This area will include a theatre stage, cinema hall, recording studio, co-working space, and an art gallery. These facilities are intended to showcase both internationally recognized and emerging local artists. The project also plans to feature a rooftop swimming pool and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

The introduction of this project is part of Nobu’s broader strategy to expand its global footprint in the hospitality and luxury residential markets. Combining its signature culinary offerings with unique cultural and living experiences, Nobu aims to create a dynamic community hub in Kraków that caters to visitors and residents.

The timeline for completing the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences in Kraków has not been announced.
