Nobu Hospitality, in partnership with 13th Floor Investments and Key International, has announced the development of a 74-story residential tower named 619 Brickell in Miami’s Brickell district. The project will include 300 residential units and 90,000 square feet of private amenities. These amenities will feature a spa, a fitness center, and a poolside café.
The development will also introduce Miami’s second Nobu restaurant, situated on the ground level of the tower. The restaurant will feature a circular design and offer water views. The first Nobu restaurant in Miami is located in Miami Beach.
The architectural design of 619 Brickell is being handled by Foster + Partners, in collaboration with Sieger-Suarez Architects. The design aims to integrate Nobu’s minimalist Japanese aesthetic with Miami’s urban landscape. The project emphasizes the use of natural materials and expansive terraces.
The announcement marks Nobu Hospitality’s first residential project in Miami. The development aims to blend residential living with hospitality services. The timeline for the project’s completion has not been specified.
