In partnership with Enevoria Development and the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group), Nobu Hospitality has announced the launch of a new mixed-use development in Muscat, Oman. The project will include the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Muscat, marking the brand’s continued growth in the Middle East.
Following a successful collaboration with Enevoria Development on the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Al Marjan Island, this new venture will span over 60,000 square meters. Located on the pristine Yiti Beach, 28 km from Muscat city center, the development will feature an 80-room Nobu Hotel, a signature Nobu Restaurant, full-service spa and fitness facilities, swimming pools, and a beach club. Additionally, a limited collection of Nobu Residences will complement the resort’s offerings, creating an upscale beachside community with exclusive resident benefits.
Oman’s natural landscapes, dramatic coastline, and rich cultural heritage provide a unique setting for this new Nobu experience. The country, known for its beautiful Al Hajar mountains, clear waters of the Sea of Oman, and open embrace of the Indian Ocean, presents a rich blend of history, tradition, and modern luxury, making it an ideal location for the brand’s continued growth in the region.
Nobu Hospitality’s mixed-use developments have gained momentum across the Middle East, with current projects underway in the UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. Since opening the first Nobu Hotel in Las Vegas in 2013, the brand has expanded to include 46 hotels and 20 branded residences worldwide.
Evgeniy Yakubovskii, CEO of Enevoria Development, expressed delight at continuing the partnership with Nobu and anticipated a successful new project in Muscat. Similarly, Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality, expressed excitement about expanding its global footprint and strengthening its leadership in mixed-use developments.
