Nobu Hotel Madrid is set to open on 1 September 2026, introducing the brand’s first hotel in Madrid and its fifth in Spain. The property is located on Calle Alcalá, between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol, joining existing Nobu hotels in San Sebastián, Barcelona, Marbella, and Ibiza.

The hotel will feature 50 guest rooms and suites designed by Studio Caramba. Accommodations include the Nobu Suite, spanning 105 square metres with a private terrace and city views. Floor-to-ceiling windows are included in all guest rooms and suites.

Nobu Hotel Madrid will house a tri-level Nobu restaurant, bar, and lounge, with interiors created by architecture and design studio GRONDA. The venue will include a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of Madrid. Dining facilities will be open to both international visitors and local residents.

Guest amenities include priority access to the Nobu Restaurant, in-room Nobu dining, Nobu Signature Beds, BYREDO bathroom amenities, secure parking available on request, dedicated wellness facilities, and a Technogym fitness centre.

The hotel’s location on Calle Alcalá places it near Madrid’s attractions, shopping districts, and cultural landmarks. The Las Cortes neighbourhood, where the hotel is situated, is noted for its literary heritage and architecture.
