Ntina K. Cooper has been appointed Senior Vice President of Operations at the U.S. Travel Association. In this role, Cooper will join the organization’s leadership team and oversee Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Legal functions, ensuring these core areas are aligned and integrated to support long-term growth.
Cooper brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations, strategy, and enterprise transformation. She most recently served as Executive Assistant Commissioner for Enterprise Services at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, where she led a nationwide organization of more than 4,000 employees delivering services across procurement, human capital, information technology, and facilities. She has also held senior leadership roles at U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Department of Homeland Security.
Cooper holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree from DePaul University.
