- Oasis concerts in Cardiff and Manchester led to record-breaking hotel rates and occupancy levels.
- Cardiff’s ADR and RevPAR surpassed previous records, outperforming even Taylor Swift’s tour impact.
The Oasis Live ’25 tour has significantly boosted hotel room rates in Cardiff and Manchester, according to CoStar data.
Cardiff
In Cardiff, Oasis performed at the Principality Stadium on July 4-5, achieving record-breaking average daily rates (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
The first night saw ADR and RevPAR peak at GBP340.74 and GBP314.09, respectively, marking the highest rates ever recorded in the city. Occupancy reached 88.5% on the second night, surpassing rates from Taylor Swift’s previous tour.
Manchester
In Manchester, five Oasis concerts at Heaton Park elevated hotel occupancy to 83.5% on July 11. The fourth concert night, July 19, posted the highest ADR and RevPAR at GBP181.70 and GBP170.54, respectively, the highest since the 2023 UEFA Champions League final.
Despite Manchester’s ADR being lower than Cardiff’s, the city’s larger market size, with over 15,000 rooms, provides important context for these figures.
