Ocean Coral & Turquesa to Be Renamed Ocean Coral Riviera Cancún

Ocean Signature Resorts announced property renovations, room additions and brand changes in Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, including the Nov. 19, 2026, renaming of Ocean Coral & Turquesa.

Ocean Coral & Turquesa in Puerto Morelos will adopt the name Ocean Coral Riviera Cancún effective Nov. 19, 2026. The property faces the Great Maya Reef and will undergo renovations to its arrival area, lobby, culinary offerings and rooms.

The resort’s Privilege section will be redesigned, with updates to design, comfort and service.

In Riviera Maya, Ocean Maya Royale has introduced a climate-controlled lobby and changes to its Mexican specialty restaurant, El Charro, and international buffet. The property has added 12 suites with private pools and launched an Elegance category following renovations to part of its room inventory.

Ocean Riviera Paradise has expanded its fitness center and added private pools to its Master Suite category.

In Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Ocean Blue & Sand will add swim-up rooms as part of a broader plan for the destination heading into 2027.

Ocean Eden Bay in Coral Spring, Trelawny, Jamaica, will become Ocean Allure Eden Bay beginning Nov. 1, 2026. The beachfront property will join Ocean Allure, an adults-only collection.

Ocean Allure Eden Bay follows the launch of Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres. The Jamaica property is intended for couples and other adult travelers, with an emphasis on relaxation and privacy.

The changes are planned ahead of the 2026 winter season.
