Olgay Kiraz Named General Manager of TheLifeCo St. Lucia

Kiraz will oversee operations at TheLifeCo St. Lucia and lead a multidisciplinary team. The property is a physician-led longevity destination and TheLifeCo’s Caribbean location.

TheLifeCo St. Lucia is the first property to open within A’ila Resorts’ 100,000-square-foot longevity village atop Mount Pimard, a billion-dollar development. The property will offer personalized wellness experiences based on an integrative approach to health and longevity.

Kiraz has held hospitality leadership positions for nearly two decades, including roles with Hilton and Marriott. His experience spans finance, operations and hotel management across hotels, branded residences and lifestyle destinations.

His background includes hotel operations, financial performance, commercial management and pre-opening initiatives. Most recently, he served as general manager of Flamm Bodrum and Flamm Residence, a boutique hospitality complex that includes an 18-room hotel, 32 branded residences, a private beach and multiple food and beverage concepts.

Kiraz also participated in the opening of Marriott International’s THE EDITION Bodrum, where he helped establish the property’s operational foundation.

At TheLifeCo St. Lucia, Kiraz’s responsibilities will include establishing operational frameworks and aligning cross-functional teams. The property’s planned services include advanced medical technologies and evidence-based therapies.
