Outbound Hotels to Open New Locations in Yosemite and Sedona

Outbound Hotels has announced the development of two new properties, Outbound Yosemite and Outbound Sedona, expected to open in the first and second quarters of 2026, respectively. This expansion is part of a strategic partnership with CoralTree Hospitality, which now manages Outbound’s existing properties.

The Outbound Yosemite property will be situated on a 17-acre site, approximately 15 miles from the South Gate of Yosemite National Park. The development will feature 104 cabins and 14 lodge-style rooms, along with amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and over 5,000 square feet of event space. The design, led by One Union Studio, will incorporate elements inspired by Yosemite’s natural landscape.

Outbound Sedona will be located near Uptown Sedona and will include 138 rooms. The resort’s design, by The Gettys Group, will reflect the surrounding red rock environment with modern Pueblo-inspired architecture. Amenities will include a spa, an adults-only pool, and a restaurant featuring a menu that showcases local ingredients.

The partnership with CoralTree Hospitality aims to leverage operational expertise and infrastructure to support Outbound Hotels’ growth and expansion. CoralTree will provide management services for both new and existing properties, such as The Virginian Lodge in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Bookings for both Outbound Yosemite and Outbound Sedona will begin on November 3, 2025.
