Hyatt Hotels Corporation has opened Parian Chronicle Hotel Paros, marking the Destination by Hyatt brand’s second property in Greece and its first on a Greek island. Located in the village of Kampos, near the island’s airport and Parikia Port, the hotel features 50 newly built guestrooms and suites for guests aged 13 and above. Of these, 39 rooms have private pools, while the remaining rooms have outdoor jacuzzis. Room sizes range from 30 to 42 square meters and include terraces or patios with sea views.
The hotel’s design incorporates traditional Greek architecture, using materials such as stone, wood, and linen. Interiors were designed by Makridis Associates, with a palette inspired by Paros marble and the island’s landscape.
Dining is centered around NAAO, the hotel’s restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner using local ingredients and recipes. Breakfast includes a signature drink and a basket with breads, herbs, olive oil, honey, and regional cheeses. Lunch is presented in a sharing style, and dinner features Cycladic ingredients and techniques, as well as wines from Paros and the Cyclades.
The hotel offers experiences such as producer-led tastings, island pantry rituals, and communal gatherings focused on local food and music. Wellness facilities include the Nipson Spa, a 120-square-meter area inspired by ancient Greek healing traditions, with a fitness center, two single-sex saunas, a double treatment room, and relaxation spaces. There is also a large outdoor pool.
Parian Chronicle Hotel Paros is managed by SWOT Hospitality and is part of the Destination by Hyatt brand, which now comprises 25 hotels and resorts in nearly 10 countries. The opening follows a period in which Greece’s inbound tourism reached 37.98 million visitors in 2025.
