Paris’s hotel industry reported its highest December performance on record, according to preliminary data from CoStar. The increase was driven by demand during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period.

Performance peaked on New Year’s Eve, with occupancy at 93.3%. The ADR on that night was EUR586.11, and RevPAR reached EUR547.00. These levels were the highest since the Summer Olympic Games held in July and August 2024.
