In Brief: Park Hyatt London River Thames has appointed Eike Clausen as general manager, effective immediately.

Clausen joins Hyatt with nearly two decades of international luxury hospitality experience across four continents, eight countries and nine hotels. His experience includes operational excellence, commercial leadership and people development.
Before joining Park Hyatt London River Thames, Clausen served as cluster general manager for Kempinski Palace Portorož in Slovenia and Kempinski Hotel Adriatic in Savudrija, Croatia. He spent much of his career with Kempinski Hotels, holding senior leadership positions in sales and marketing, rooms division and executive management before his first general manager role at Kempinski Hotel Aqaba in Jordan.
A graduate of École hôtelière de Lausanne, Clausen began his hospitality career as a sales trainee. His leadership philosophy centers on service excellence and innovation, with a focus on commercial performance and operational success.
