Pendry Hotels & Resorts announces its partnership with SomeraRoad and Trestle Studios to establish Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville in the growing Paseo South Gulch district. The hotel is expected to break ground immediately and open in 2027.
Pendry Hotels & Resorts has partnered with SomeraRoad, a real estate investment and development firm, and Trestle Studios to establish Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville in the growing Paseo South Gulch district. The hotel is expected to commence construction immediately and open in 2027.
Local Nashville architectural firm ESa and New York-based interior design studio Post Company will design the project. The hotel will feature 180 guestrooms and suites, 146 Pendry Residences, various dining options, a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and meeting spaces. The second floor will offer 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The design will incorporate vintage pieces and collected artworks throughout the hotel.
Pendry Residences Nashville will provide a unique luxury residential experience, offering best-in-class architecture and design, spacious floorplans, bespoke finishes, and breathtaking city views. The Residences will range from one to four bedrooms, with expansive living spaces of up to 3,800 square feet. In addition to access to the hotel’s amenities and services, the Residences will offer exclusive amenities, including a private residential pool, a dining room, a whiskey and billiards room, security, parking, personalized services, and property management.
Pendry Nashville is set to celebrate the soul of Music City through its lively and upscale design, distinct food and beverage concepts, event spaces, and unique programming. The hotel will be nestled among Paseo South Gulch’s unique shops, restaurants, offices, residences, and community events, positioning guests and residents in a central location.
