ARC Tampa Development LLC has announced that the first phase of its $675 million luxury condominium-hotel project, Hotel ORA + Private Residences, sold out in record time. The project achieved over $84 million in sales, selling out 97 units within the first 40 days of its launch.
“We are incredibly excited to bring this luxury condo hotel to Tampa and sold out Phase One in just 40 days,” said Luigi Novembre, co-founder and COO of ARC Realty Group. The project offers 31 private residences and 627 condo hotel units.
The project at 1101 East Jackson Street in Tampa is expected to start demolition by January 1, 2026, to make way for the new development.
Hotel ORA + Private Residences will offer 627 luxury hotel suites and 31 private residences on the upper floors. The suites feature airy terraces, high ceilings, private elevator access, and breathtaking cityscape views. The condo hotel units are said to be best suited for income-oriented buyers, with prices ranging from $640,000 to over $2 million.
Residents and hotel guests will be able to enjoy a host of luxurious amenities, including a private rooftop infinity-edged pool with live music, hot tubs, private gazebos, poolside restobar, a 10,000 square foot signature steakhouse restaurant, an upscale lobby bar and patisserie, and a full-service spa and fitness center.
ARC Realty Group, Sunwest Construction, and Prosper Group are developing the Hotel ORA + Private Residences project.
