Pink is setting the record straight after the rumor mill reached a little too close to home for her liking with a slew of false reports, ranging from touring information to alleged new songs to come.
The “Trustfall” singer filmed a brief, selfie-style video over the weekend with a “fake filter on my face” to address “all of the fake stories out there about me,” assuring fans that she was the only trusted source for news about her and her career.
“I do not have a song coming out called ‘Gorilla,’” she denied first, admitting that she was curious about the contents of such a single. “I mean, I wish I did,” she joked.
“I am not singing for football,” she confirmed next, whether it be for games, players or fans of the sport. “I don’t know. It’s not happening.”
“These are all fake stories,” she affirmed, revealing that they’d even tricked her mother, her stepmother, and her husband, Carey Hart.
“Carey asked me if this was true; none of this is true.”
“If you don’t hear it from me and my big mouth it ain’t true,” she emphasized in the caption.

Fans were grateful for the transparency and clarification, with many of them having seen the misinformation spreading around.
“I almost jumped to look for tickets to the Eagles and Cowboys game,” one admitted, as another agreed, “I literally said ‘no way’ when I heard about the 🦅 game.”
“Thank you so much for telling us the truth about it! ❤️,” another commented appreciatively.
“Sounds like Carey was just afraid this song might be about him 😂,” someone else quipped, a bit of an inside joke as Hart has proven to be a very good sport when it comes to the songs about him.
Matchbox Twenty singer Rob Thomas even joined the conversation, shooting his shot with Pink as he suggested, “Let’s write Gorilla!!” Unfortunately, there has been no response yet from his fellow singer-songwriter
Fans also drew attention to other rumors they’ve seen floating around, including a reported Netflix documentary, which one swindled fan “was so excited for.”
Touring rumors abound, too, with one fan referring to posts about a supposed “Bigger Louder Wilder 2026 tour” and another sharing, “The one I saw today said you’re touring with Bon Jovi.”
“I would so go to that,” they added.
“I read an article that said the next album was your final one. Is that true?” another wondered.
For now, it’s safe to assume that “it ain’t true.”
