PlayStation Plus June 2026 games lineup announced

PlayStation Plus subscribers’ free Essential games for June 2026 are Grounded Fully Yoked Edition, Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2, and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced Tuesday. Players can download the trio of PlayStation games beginning Tuesday, June 2.

Here’s the full June 2026 PS Plus free games lineup:

Grounded Fully Yoked Edition

Obsidian Entertainment’s original Grounded sends shrunken-down players to a danger-filled backyard in a fight for survival. As a solo player or with up to three friends in online multiplayer, players gather resources to build shelter, craft armor and weapons, and battle to protect themselves against fearsome creatures. Grounded‘s “Fully Yoked Edition” refers to the 1.4 update of the game released in 2024, which added new ant queens, new game plus content, and more. That’s also when Grounded made the jump from Xbox and Windows PC to PlayStation platforms and Nintendo Switch. Grounded Fully Yoked Edition will be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.

Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2

Smash it up SpongeBob SquarePants style in Nickelodeon’s platform brawler, Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2. The sequel builds on the original Smash Bros.-inspired game with voice acting for all of its characters, cross-play on all platforms, and a visual overhaul. New characters Squidward Tentacles, Jimmy Neutron, and the Angry Beavers join the roster. Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 also includes a roguelike story campaign and a bunch of minigames to keep solo players busy. Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2 is available on PS4 and PS5. (Just a heads up: Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2 is not available in Korea through PlayStation Plus.)

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide

The Left 4 Dead-inspired follow-up to Warhammer: Vermintide 2, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is a cooperative first-person shooter where you and a ragtag crew are hauled off on a series of harrowing missions for the fascist Imperium — hopefully to smash your way through the Nurgle-infected horde so that you might come back home to your Inquisitor’s starship and central hub, The Mourningstar, and do it all again. Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is available on PS5.

PS Plus subscribers can still pick up May 2026’s PlayStation Plus Essential games — EA Sports FC 26, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, and Nine Sols — through June 1. Actually, EA Sports FC 26 will remain available as a PlayStation Plus monthly game through June 16.

PlayStation Plus Essential is the lowest tier of Sony’s subscription game service. It offers online multiplayer access, a monthly assortment of free PS4 and PS5 games, cloud storage, and discounts on PlayStation Store purchases. PlayStation Plus Essential costs $79.99 annually, $27.99 for a three-month subscription, or $10.99 monthly, following a recent price hike across all tiers of PS Plus.
