PM Hotel Group has appointed Evan Morick as Senior Vice President of Development to support the company’s growth through third-party management contracts and strategic partnerships.

PM Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Evan Morick as Senior Vice President of Development. In this role, Morick will focus on expanding the company’s portfolio through third-party management contracts and strategic partnerships with property owners.

Morick brings over 20 years of experience in hotel development, acquisitions, and asset management. His previous roles include advising Douglas Development Corporation on asset management for a multi-hotel portfolio and supporting the company’s investment strategies. Before this, he served as Senior Vice President of Development at Procaccianti Companies, where he led growth initiatives across hotel and marina platforms nationwide.

His career also includes senior positions at Kokua Hospitality, Rim Hospitality, Hilton Worldwide, and MeriStar Hospitality Corporation. Morick began his career with Marriott International and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland.

In his new role, Morick will focus on expanding PM Hotel Group’s national footprint, particularly in high-growth destinations. The company aims to increase its presence in branded, independent, and lifestyle properties.
