A new creamer just landed at Target and fans are already declaring it a “need.”
The nationwide retail chain has earned a reputation among foodies for being among the first to stock fresh new grocery and snack finds, and there’s probably a good reason for it. The company has put a unique focus on “celebrating food” when stocking food and beverages, building partnerships with big brands while trying to understand consumer needs, and all of that has been key to driving its grocery business in recent years.
So when shoppers find new coffee creamers that they haven’t seen on shelves yet anywhere else, it could be a coincidence that they always land at Target first, or it could be a strategy; we may never know for sure. Either way, usually the people are pleased.

Take Silk’s Maple Brown Sugar Oat Cold Foam Creamer as the most recent example. The fall-inspired dairy-free topper was recently spotted at Target, and it’s so new that, as of writing, even Silk’s website doesn’t have retailers listed yet.
That said, there is a description, which reads: “Love the coffeehouse? You’re already there. Our plant-based cold foam creamer foams and creams hot or cold coffee with a smooth maple brown sugar flavor. Available for a limited time.”

According to fast food and snack news influencer Markie_devo, the item is not a Target exclusive. Overall, fans seem pretty excited to find it in-store (at Target or elsewhere) themselves, with one declaring, “Maple brown sugar is an elite flavor all around.”
“Need! 🍂🍁,” a second exclaimed.
Given the early rollout of other fall-related items that’s happening now and the fact that this doesn’t seem to be proprietary to any store or region, we would expect the new Silk Maple Brown Sugar Oat Cold Foam Creamer to be heading to major retailers and other shops that usually carry the brand in the coming weeks (if its not out already).
A spokesperson was not immediately available for comment.
