Radisson Hotel Group has opened the Radisson Collection The National Hotel near The National Golf Brussels, marking its second Collection property in Belgium.

Radisson Hotel Group has announced the opening of Radisson Collection The National Hotel, situated adjacent to The National Golf Club of Brussels. The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from Brussels city center. This development represents the group’s second Radisson Collection property in Belgium.

The hotel features 150 rooms, including 30 suites and 12 junior suites, many of which offer private terraces and views of the golf course. The interior design of the hotel was executed by Belgian architect Olivier Dwek, incorporating natural materials and modern design elements.

The hotel’s restaurant, Stoke Grill House & Brasserie, includes a bar and outdoor terrace. The restaurant, designed by Will Erens, aims to serve both hotel guests and local visitors.

The property emphasizes sustainable design, utilizing geothermal systems for heating and cooling. This system is noted for reducing CO2 emissions through the use of aquifer wells for energy storage and recovery. The hotel also utilizes water-to-water heat pumps, which are recognized for their exceptional energy efficiency.

The hotel offers access to an 18-hole golf course, designed by Bruno Steensels, for the use of its guests. The golf course includes practice facilities, putting greens, and a 6-hole compact course.

Additionally, the hotel features eight meeting rooms, including a conference hall and a rooftop event space with views of the golf course. The facilities can accommodate up to 380 seated guests.

Guests of the hotel have access to the nearby David Lloyd Sterrebeek wellness center, which includes pools, a gym, fitness classes, and tennis courts.

The hotel’s location offers access to both the cultural sites of Brussels and the quieter suburban area of Sterrebeek. Nearby attractions include the UNESCO-listed Grand Place, the Royal Saint-Hubert Galleries, and the Sonian Forest.
