Radisson Hotel Group is expanding its presence in France with a series of new hotel signings and openings. The company’s recent agreements and developments will increase its portfolio in the country to 34 hotels. The expansion includes properties in Paris, Cannes, and Bourges, among other locations.
The Banke Opera Paris, a Radisson Collection Hotel, is set to open in the third quarter of 2026. Located on rue de La Fayette near Galeries Lafayette and Opéra Garnier, the hotel will undergo a comprehensive renovation. The 90-room property, originally a bank building from 1907, will feature a Belle Époque façade and a Gustave Eiffel-designed staircase. It will include amenities such as a gym, wellness facilities, and meeting spaces.
In addition, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Paris Roissy CDG Airport, is scheduled to open by the end of 2025. Situated near Terminal 3 of Charles de Gaulle Airport, the 305-room hotel provides easy access to airport terminals and public transportation. The property will include 1,500 square meters of meeting facilities and a range of wellness amenities, including a fitness center, sauna, and indoor pool.
Radisson Resort Cannes is another project under development, with a planned opening in 2026. Located on the beachfront in Cannes La Bocca, the 100-room hotel will feature direct beach access, an outdoor swimming pool, and landscaped gardens. The property will undergo renovations before its opening under the Radisson brand.
Hôtel Beaux Arts Bourges, a Member of Radisson Individuals, is set to open in 2027 in Bourges’ historic district. The 52-room hotel will be located near the main city square, providing a convenient base for exploring the historic old town. Bourges has been named the European Capital of Culture for 2028, which is expected to boost tourism in the area.
Further developments in France include Hotel & Spa Amoria La Baule, set to open in late 2025, and Maison Rivoli Paris, a Radisson Collection Hotel, expected to open in winter 2027. Additionally, Radisson Blu Hotel, Triangle Paris, is slated to open in the first half of 2027 within the Triangle development.
These projects follow the recent openings of Cour des Loges Lyon, a Radisson Collection Hotel, and the Radisson Blu Hotel, Montpellier. The company continues to expand its footprint in both urban and resort destinations across France.
