- Radisson Hotel Group, in partnership with Biow, is launching ‘Revitalize Rooms’, which aims to enhance guests’ sleep quality.
- The initiative will be implemented in four European Radisson Hotels properties: Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen; Radisson RED Liverpool; Radisson Blu Hotel, Madrid Prado; and Radisson RED Madrid.
Radisson Hotel Group is launching an initiative, dubbed ‘Revitalize Rooms,’ in partnership with sleep science technology firm Biow to boost the sleep quality of its guests. This move comes as part of the Group’s “Radisson Brilliant Basics” offering, which aims to provide a premium-quality sleep experience through specially chosen mattresses, duvets, and pillows.
The ‘Revitalize Rooms’ initiative utilizes a science-based device developed by Biow to further enhance sleep quality by addressing common sleep issues.
Research shows that quality sleep is a top priority for travelers, with over 75% ranking it as their primary concern. Despite this, many guests experience the ‘first night effect’, leading to restless and lighter sleep in unfamiliar environments. A phenomenon Radisson Hotel Group has termed ‘away-somnia’. Radisson aims to combat this issue through the ‘Revitalize Rooms’ initiative, in collaboration with Biow.
Biow’s innovative technology will be implemented in four European Radisson Hotels properties. The device will be available for guests to book before arrival. The device works by eliminating inhaled biotoxicity and emitting energy that reaches the body’s cells through breath and skin. It operates silently around the clock, consuming minimal power.
The plasma-powered Biow E-OX device will allow guests to recharge their energy while sleeping, wake up refreshed, and experience a plasma bath paired with light therapy to reduce stress and stimulate skin collagen. The device’s benefits include improved sleep quality, stress reduction, and an energy boost, enabling both business and leisure travelers to embrace the day ahead.
