Radisson Hotel Group and PPHE Hotel Group plan to open a Radisson RED hotel in central London by 2029.

Radisson Hotel Group, in collaboration with PPHE Hotel Group, has announced the signing of its first Radisson RED hotel in central London. The hotel will be located on Leman Street, near the City of London and close to Liverpool Street Station, as well as landmarks such as Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

PPHE Hotel Group has agreed to acquire a mixed-use development site for the project. The site will be developed into a Radisson RED lifestyle hotel featuring a minimum of 182 bedrooms, a restaurant, a bar, a gym, and office space. The transaction is expected to close in the coming months, with the hotel scheduled to open in 2029.

The development site currently consists of two old office buildings, which will be demolished for the new hotel. The project aims to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ environmental accreditation, focusing on sustainability.

This development marks the first Radisson RED in central London, expanding the brand’s presence in key global cities.
