Radisson RED has opened a new hotel at Twickenham’s Allianz Stadium, marking its first property at a sports venue.
Radisson RED has announced the opening of its new hotel at the Allianz Stadium in Twickenham, London. The hotel features 150 guest rooms and offers all-day dining options. This marks the first Radisson RED property to be located within a sports stadium.
The hotel is situated on the south side of the Allianz Stadium, home to England Rugby. The location provides guests with access to various stadium-related attractions, including the World Rugby Museum and the Twickenham Experience Conference & Events. The hotel aims to integrate with the stadium’s offerings, providing a comprehensive experience for visitors.
The 150 guest rooms are designed with a focus on functionality and bold aesthetics. The Rose and Legend Suites are themed around rugby legends, with each suite named after a notable figure from the sport. Rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as wireless charging points and Chrome Cast technology.
Dining is available at The Huddle Restaurant, located on the ground floor of the hotel. The restaurant offers a menu with international dishes, utilizing locally sourced ingredients. It caters to both dine-in and grab-and-go preferences, reflecting Twickenham’s status as a hub for international visitors and sports fans.
The hotel also features The Loft, a space located on the mezzanine level, designed for socializing and hosting events. The area can be divided into three sections to accommodate meetings, dining, and breakout sessions. It can host up to 200 guests for presentation-style meetings and includes its own bar.
Guests staying at the hotel have complimentary access to the TW2 Health and Fitness Club, which includes a gym, sauna, and indoor swimming pool.
Radisson RED London Twickenham is accessible from central London in under an hour by train or road and is a 20-minute drive from London Heathrow Airport.
