Hodges Ward Elliott has completed the sale of the 131-room Residence Inn Baltimore White Marsh on behalf of American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP.

Hodges Ward Elliott, a real estate capital markets advisor, has announced the completion of the sale of the Residence Inn Baltimore White Marsh. The transaction was conducted on behalf of an affiliate of American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP. The property, situated near I-95 in a prime commercial area, comprises 131 suites spread across four floors.

The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, sports court, meeting room, and complimentary breakfast. It is situated within the White Marsh Town Center development, less than 15 miles from Downtown Baltimore. The location provides access to significant retail amenities and is surrounded by over 19 million square feet of industrial and office space.

The Residence Inn Baltimore White Marsh benefits from steady demand throughout the year from corporate, government, and extended-stay travelers, as well as sports and leisure visitors. This demand supports a consistent seven-day-per-week lodging market.

The transaction was managed by a team from Hodges Ward Elliott, including Clint Hodges and Nate Ries, who represented the seller in the deal. The sale highlights the ongoing interest in extended-stay properties within diversified demand corridors.
