The transaction was conducted on behalf of an affiliate of American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP. The property, situated near I-95 in a prime commercial area, comprises 131 suites spread across four floors.
The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, sports court, meeting room, and complimentary breakfast. It is situated within the White Marsh Town Center development, less than 15 miles from Downtown Baltimore. The location provides access to significant retail amenities and is surrounded by over 19 million square feet of industrial and office space.
