Rosewood Hotels and Resorts is introducing a new brand campaign, Discovered at Rosewood, highlighting the brand’s commitment to cultural immersion and the promotion of local crafts. The campaign will showcase Rosewood’s unique experiences and cultural ties across its 34 properties.
Discovered at Rosewood, photographed by Jo Metson Scott, renowned for her intimate storytelling through portraits and documentary filmmaking, aims to illustrate how each Rosewood location encourages guests to explore local traditions, communities, and lifestyles. The campaign underscores Rosewood’s dedication to providing transformative stays through cultural immersion, the incorporation of local craftsmanship, and a sense of place.
The campaign will feature Rosewood’s latest property, the Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, a restored 15th-century castle near Salzburg, Austria. This lakeside retreat emphasizes the rich traditions of Austrian countryside living while offering luxury experiences. The campaign will highlight local artisans, craftsmen, and other cultural figures from Schloss Fuschl, demonstrating Rosewood’s commitment to discovery and connection through craft, sustainable farming, and a sense of place.
The campaign features Gerald Aichriedler, a local paddleboard craftsman; Gerhard Langmaier, the Fischermeister of Lake Fuschl, who practices a circular fishing tradition; and creative Anna Phillipa Wolf, who has a decade-long collaboration with designer Rick Owens.
In addition, Rosewood has established a history of celebrating culture and craftsmanship through collaborations with global talents. Earlier this year, it initiated Rosewood Front Row, a series of art and culture-focused activities, discussions, and culinary partnerships. It also partnered with THE SKATEROOM to commemorate skateboarding at the Summer Olympics.
The Discovered at Rosewood campaign will be presented globally across print, digital, and social platforms starting October 8, 2024.
