Ryanair has partnered with Derbysoft to enhance its OTA aggregator network, aiming for increased transparency and customer access to flight information.

Ryanair has announced a new partnership with global travel technology company Derbysoft. This collaboration designates Derbysoft as an “Approved OTA Aggregator” for Ryanair, allowing them to distribute Ryanair’s flights through their network of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). The agreement stipulates that Derbysoft must ensure full price transparency for all Ryanair products offered through its channels.

This partnership is part of Ryanair’s ongoing strategy to broaden its distribution and enhance the customer booking experience. By integrating with Derbysoft, Ryanair aims to provide customers who book through approved OTAs direct access to their myRyanair accounts. This integration will bypass additional customer verification and ensure travelers receive timely and essential flight updates directly.

Derbysoft’s role in this partnership involves leveraging its technology to connect Ryanair’s flight services with various OTAs across European and Asian markets. This is expected to facilitate smoother transactions and more transparent pricing for customers booking Ryanair flights through third-party platforms.

The collaboration with Derbysoft marks a significant expansion in Ryanair’s list of approved OTA partners, which includes other major travel platforms such as Expedia, Etraveli, and lastminute.com. Ryanair’s choice of Derbysoft as its fourth approved OTA aggregator underscores the airline’s commitment to enhancing its global distribution capabilities while maintaining high customer service and transparency standards.

This partnership is also notable for Derbysoft as it represents a key development in its efforts to increase its presence in the airline distribution sector. By adding Ryanair to its portfolio, Derbysoft is set to improve its service offerings to OTAs, enabling them to provide more accurate and competitively priced travel options to their customers.

The agreement between Ryanair and Derbysoft aims to improve the efficiency and transparency of booking processes and ensure that customers have a seamless experience when accessing flight information and managing their travel plans through approved OTAs. This initiative is expected to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty towards Ryanair and the OTAs involved in this network.
