Saakshee Gahlawat Appointed General Manager for the Four Seasons Hotel Baku

Four Seasons Hotel Baku has announced the appointment of Saakshee Gahlawat as the new General Manager. Gahlawat brings over 15 years of experience in international hospitality to her role at the hotel located in Azerbaijan’s capital.

Gahlawat began her career with Four Seasons in 2019 at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, where she initially served as Director of Rooms. She was later promoted to Hotel Manager in 2022. During her tenure in London, she managed a team of over 400 employees and contributed to the hotel’s renovation project, which included the launch of the Michelin-starred restaurant, Pavyllon London.

In addition to her experience in London, Gahlawat has held a Task Force General Manager position at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. Her career in hospitality spans several regions, including the USA, UK, Bermuda, and Southeast Asia.

Gahlawat’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of London and a Certificate of Higher Education in Hospitality from Oxford Brookes University.

In her new role at Four Seasons Hotel Baku, Gahlawat will oversee operations at the hotel, which is located near a UNESCO World Heritage site and offers a combination of classical and contemporary design.
