LXR Hotels & Resorts will open Sandblu Santorini in Kamari, Greece, in summer 2026, featuring 66 accommodations.

LXR Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with RMKA Private Company, has announced the upcoming opening of Sandblu Santorini in Kamari, Greece. The property is scheduled to begin operations in the summer of 2026. This development marks the debut of the LXR Hotels & Resorts brand in Greece.

The Sandblu Santorini will be located on the eastern coast of Santorini, near the historical site of Ancient Thira. The resort will feature 66 rooms, suites, and villas. Of these accommodations, 29 will include private pools. The resort will offer a range of amenities, including a beach area, two infinity pools, a spa, a fitness center, a kids club, two restaurants, a wine bar, a wine cellar, a bakery, and retail spaces.

The resort is designed to integrate indoor and outdoor living spaces, with each room providing access to a private terrace with views of either the pool or the Aegean Sea. The property will also include three villas designed for privacy.

Sandblu Santorini will be situated near Kamari Beach and will provide access to hiking trails leading to Ancient Thira. The location is a short distance from Santorini International Airport and the port, facilitating travel connections to European cities and the Cycladic islands.

This project is part of LXR Hotels & Resorts’ expansion strategy, which includes nearly 40 properties operating or under development globally. The brand recently opened SAX Paris and plans further developments in Europe.
