Pyramid Global Hospitality’s workplace strategy division, PYRAMIDWORKS, has announced the Science of Meetings Symposium, a three-day event scheduled for November 11-13, 2025. The symposium will take place at Windrose on Hudson, located in Ossining, New York. The event aims to explore the integration of behavioral science, workplace psychology, and immersive strategy in meetings.

The symposium will feature keynote speakers Kevin Hinton, Managing Director of Group Travel at the U.S. Travel Association, and Phil Kirschner, a workplace strategist. The event will address topics related to internal and external meetings, focusing on how businesses can enhance communication and collaboration.

Windrose on Hudson, the venue for the symposium, is situated on 62 acres and was formerly known as the Crotonville Conference Center. It has been a site for executive development and is now open for various events and gatherings.

Encore, an event production company, will produce the symposium and provide event technology and hybrid integration services.
