Since Amazon Studios bought the rights to James Bond, fans have been wondering about what the future holds for the iconic spy franchise. In the meantime, former 007 Sean Connery‘s granddaughter, Saskia Connery, is living her best life in a recent series of pics shared to social media…and looking not unlike a classic Bond girl.
Saskia, 28, took to Instagram on Wednesday, March 12, to share a carousel of photos from the Bahamas, where she lives for part of the year, splitting her time between the tropical locale and the United States.

In the first pic, Saskia posed on the beach in a white floral-print swimsuit, accessorizing with a shell necklace and yellow-framed sunglasses. Her long brown hair was pulled back into a ponytail, and she held a starfish to her chest.
In another snapshot, she stood in front of palm trees wearing a red string bikini top with a red, white and black sarong and a matching straw hat. The remaining images included more swimsuit snaps (a bright orange bikini, a sage green two-piece, and a black swimsuit), beautiful island sunsets and an underwater scuba diving photo.
“Little recent island life recap 🌴🦩🌈 🇧🇸 🌅 👙 🏝️,” Saskia captioned her post.

Saskia’s followers raved about the sunshine-filled pics.
“Puts London to shame! 😂😘,” one person joked.
“Island life sure beats New Jersey. Thanks for sharing! 😊☀️🌊,” added someone else, with another commenter adding, “Love my ocean sister ❤️.”
Saskia celebrated the close bond with her late grandfather in August with a special birthday tribute, sharing a series of photos of herself as a child sitting in Sean’s lap (and one of the pair recreating the pose when she was older).
“Happy birthday to my partner in crime. My biggest supporter and best friend. I miss you, and think about you everyday —but know you’re happy playing golf on the clouds of the sky 🕊️❤️,” she wrote in her caption.
Sean Connery died in October 2020. He was 90 years old.
