This is your sign to plan a date night! The leaves are changing, and the cozy weather is moving in – sounds pretty romantic if you ask me. It’s time to make that special someone swoon by planning an autumn date, and we have the list you need. These are some romantic date ideas to try out in Toronto this fall.

Pumpkins After Dark is “Canada’s award-winning outdoor Halloween event.”

Take your “boo” to check out over 10,000+ hand-carved pumpkins during this awesome walk-through experience.

When: Runs all of October
Where: 8560 Tremaine Rd., Milton, Ont.
Cost: $23.95+ per adult

Okay, this may not be the MOST romantic, but we promise it’s fun.

This cranberry plunge experience lets you wade through pools of cranberries during their harvest. You and your loved one can head over to Muskoka Lakes Farm & Winery from Monday until Oct. 26, and make sure you take lots of photos.

When: Now to Oct. 26, 2025
Where: Muskoka Lakes Farm & Winery – 1074 Cranberry Rd., Bala, Ont.
Cost: $20 per person

Martino Manor is the date spot for those looking for something a little spooky this fall. Okay, maybe VERY spooky.

This indoor haunted house is known as Toronto’s scariest attraction, so be sure to hold onto your date tightly.

When: Various dates
Where: 7 McIntosh Ave.
Cost: $19.99+ per person

Riverdale is a working farm that’s available to visit seven days a week.

This farm offers animals and trails, and on Oct. 25 and 26, a Boo Barn will be decorated for Halloween and fall.

Oh, and admission is free.

When: Seven days a week, all fall

Cost: Free admission

The Drake is a vibe all year round, but it hits different in the autumn.

Shake up a weeknight with that special someone and take advantage of, including half‑price sushi and $5 Sapporo from 4 to 10 p.m.

Take it up a notch by booking a room in the hotel!

When: Sushi and Sapporo night every Tuesday

Cost: Half-price for sushi, $5 Sapporos

Apple picking is a must when it comes to fall dates.

Dixie Orchards is an hour outside of the city and one of the fall date ideas you cannot miss out on if you’re in Toronto.

Pick some apples and pumpkins, then head back home to do some autumn baking together.

Vetta Nordic Spa is in Oro Medonte, Ont., and it’s the ultimate romantic day away with someone special.

Enjoy the hot tubs, pools, and maybe even book a couples massage.

Day rates start at $99 during the week and $109 on the weekend.

Time: Open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Cost: $105+ per person

Enjoy Wonderland before it closes for the season with someone special.

Halloween Haunt includes rides, shows, mazes, and more.

When: Thursday to Sunday, all of October

Cost: $45+ per person
