Secrets Resorts & Spas and The Skin Deep will launch a collaborative guest experience, “{THE AND} AWAY, TOGETHER,” at select Secrets Resorts & Spas beginning in June 2026.
Hyatt Hotels Corporation and The Skin Deep have announced a collaboration to introduce a new guest experience, “{THE AND} AWAY, TOGETHER,” at participating Secrets Resorts & Spas. The pilot phase will begin in June 2026 at Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen and Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya, with additional properties to follow.
The collaboration will feature a limited-edition {THE AND} Away, Together Conversation Card Game, developed by The Skin Deep, available to guests at participating resorts. Guests will also have access to curated digital prompts through QR codes and the Hyatt Inclusive Collection app. The card game and digital prompts will be accessible in various resort locations, including in-suite, dining venues, cafés, poolside lounges, and beachfront areas. QR codes will be placed throughout the resorts, providing access to digital versions of the card deck in both English and Spanish.
Interactive prompts will be integrated across the guest journey, including in-room experiences, cafés, elevators, VIP Bali beds, bars, and dining venues. The program will also include enhanced romantic dining experiences and curated “Last Bite” dessert moments intended to encourage conversation. Guests will be able to engage with conversation prompts through mobile-enabled QR codes and digital experiences in both English and Spanish.
The “{THE AND} AWAY, TOGETHER” experience is inspired by The Skin Deep’s project {THE AND}, which explores human relationships. The collaboration marks The Skin Deep’s first partnership in the hospitality sector and will be exclusive to Secrets Resorts & Spas.
The launch will feature couples selected for their representation of various relationship dynamics and storytelling. Participants include Shawn Johnson East and Andrew East, DJ Dante Moreno and Taty Cokley, Amir Dean and Aamir Hassan, and JuJu Smith-Schuster and Laura Kruk.
