Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino
The Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino, scheduled to open in February 2025, now accepts reservations for stays from March 2025 onwards. Reservations can be made via the hotel’s website or by contacting their customer care line. Room rates start at $159 on weekdays and $239 on weekends.
The new resort is set to replace Seminole Casino Brighton, which opened in 1980. The new complex includes a casino with nearly 38,000 square feet of space, accommodating 640 slot machines and 18 tables for various games, including blackjack, craps, and roulette. The casino will also feature a smoke-free gaming area and a high-limit gaming section.
The resort will offer 24-hour dining, a steak house, and a fast-service cafe that combines offerings from a coffee bar and pizza kitchen. It will also feature a versatile indoor event space that can be configured to seat 400 for banquet events or bingo games or up to 900 for performances.
In addition to the usual casino amenities, the resort will also include a ten-lane bowling alley.
The first to be built on the Brighton Seminole Reservation, the hotel will offer 100 guest rooms across four floors. The rooms will include a mix of one king bed or two queen bed options, three suites, and a fitness center.
The resort’s new name, Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino, is a tribute to popular sportfishing sites nearby Lake Okeechobee. Fisheating Bay, located just over two miles from the new hotel and casino, lent its name to the new establishment.
The resort is currently hiring in preparation for its grand opening. Prospective employees can find more information on the resort’s website.
General Manager Marty Johns expressed his excitement about the opening of reservations, stating that it is a significant step towards the resort’s grand opening.
