Shamal Holding and Marriott International have signed an agreement to introduce EDITION branded residences and a hotel in Dubai Harbour, set for completion in 2029.

Shamal Holding and Marriott International have announced a partnership to develop The Dubai Beach EDITION, marking the introduction of EDITION branded residences in the Middle East. The project, located in Dubai Harbour, is scheduled for completion in 2029.

The development will include The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION, featuring 165 apartments ranging from two to four bedrooms. These residences are designed to reflect contemporary luxury and simplicity. In addition to residential units, the development will feature a hotel with 185 rooms and suites, all of which offer sea views.

The Dubai Beach EDITION will also feature a range of resort amenities and services for its residents. The hotel will offer a variety of culinary options, aligning with the brand’s focus on providing distinctive dining experiences.

The location at Dubai Harbour is known for combining luxury residences, hospitality, retail, and dining, offering a blend of beachfront living and urban amenities. The development is positioned near a private beach, providing both coastal and city access.

This agreement highlights Marriott International’s strategy to expand its luxury portfolio in Dubai, with a focus on branded residential developments.
