Sheraton Boston has completed a $100 million renovation in conjunction with its 60th anniversary, led by Hawkins Way Capital and Battery Global Advisors.
Hawkins Way Capital, in partnership with Battery Global Advisors, has announced the completion of a $100 million renovation project at the Sheraton Boston. The renovation coincides with the hotel’s 60th anniversary and is part of Marriott International’s broader initiative to transform the Sheraton brand globally.
Located in Boston’s Back Bay, adjacent to the Prudential Center and Hynes Convention Center, the Sheraton Boston has undergone significant updates across various areas of the property. The project included a reimagining of guestrooms, public areas, dining venues, and meeting spaces.
The guestrooms and suites have been redesigned with a modern, residential-inspired style, featuring Sheraton Signature Beds and sit-stand desks. The renovations also offer expansive views of the Boston skyline and Charles River. Public areas have been updated with contemporary designs that reflect Boston’s character, providing spaces for gathering and connection.
New dining options have been introduced, including Henderson at Sheraton Boston, an all-day restaurant and bar, and &More by Sheraton, a market-style café. The hotel also features a refreshed pool deck with cabanas, a retractable roof, and an outdoor sundeck. Additionally, guests have access to the exclusive Sheraton Club lounge, available for Marriott Bonvoy members.
The hotel’s meeting and event space, spanning 70,000 square feet, has been fully reimagined to accommodate a range of gatherings, from board meetings to large-scale events.
Sheraton Boston remains under the management of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, providing guests with access to Marriott’s global network and loyalty program.
