First spotted by @snackgator and quickly shared online, one fan wasted no time letting everyone know just how good these gingerbread cookie ice cream sandwiches are, saying:
“We bought two boxes, and they were so good we went back and got four more!”
And on the Target site, fans were just as eager to sing their praises.
“So good,” one fan wrote. “The ratio of cookie to ice cream was perfect. Great taste. My whole family enjoyed them—just a shame there are only four in a box!” Another added, “I hoped these would be similar to the pumpkin ice cream sandwiches, and they are! I wish there were more in the box, though—they did not disappoint!”
Aside from Favorite Day clearly needing to make larger box counts, we really can’t think of a reason not to try this new seasonal find. But act fast, they’ll only be around for a limited time. Our advice: grab a few boxes while you can!
