Shreem Capital has officially opened the doors of Hotel Indigo Irving – Las Colinas, a boutique hotel located at 455 E John W Carpenter Freeway in Irving, Texas. Nestled by the scenic Mandalay Canal, the hotel offers an ambiance that reflects the charm of the local area.
The hotel features a modern design and offers 151 guest rooms. It also boasts over 5,300 square feet of event space, adaptable for various events, from corporate meetings to intimate celebrations. The hotel provides a fitness center equipped with advanced exercise machines for health-conscious guests.
Hotel Indigo Irving—Las Colinas has two on-site restaurants that offer a diverse selection of culinary delights showcasing local flavors and ingredients. Guests can also enjoy the hotel’s stunning infinity pool, which offers breathtaking views of the picturesque landscape.
Studio 11 Design designed the hotel, which pays tribute to the Carpenter family’s legacy. The design blends comfort and character, reflecting the vibrant spirit of the surrounding neighborhood. The hotel’s rooms feature dynamic lighting, soft curves, and textures that celebrate the natural beauty of the original landscape. The design also incorporates European artistry and floral motifs.
All guest rooms feature plush bedding, hardwood-style flooring, and spa-inspired showers. Each room has a spacious workstation, coffee maker, mini-fridge, laptop safe, and a 55-inch flat-screen SMART television. The hotel also offers Presidential Hospitality Suites and Executive Suites featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and wrap-around balconies.
The hotel’s restaurant, KLEO, offers a modern Mediterranean menu. It can accommodate up to 150 guests and features floor-to-ceiling glass walls that offer panoramic views of the hotel’s Infinity Pool Garden. The KLEO Bar offers a selection of cocktails.
For coffee lovers, the hotel features La Serie Lobby Café, which offers a variety of gourmet coffees and light bites. The café is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The hotel’s fitness studio is 1,100 square feet and features state-of-the-art equipment. The infinity pool offers a luxurious retreat for guests, complete with lounging cabanas and poolside service.
The hotel also offers versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces, including a ballroom, boardroom, and outdoor garden. These spaces can accommodate up to 300 guests and are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and multimedia support.
