In the United States, the brand is expanding with new properties in San Antonio, Texas; Hollywood, Florida; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Savannah, Georgia.
The expansion in Asia includes the upcoming Signia by Hilton Tainan, scheduled to open in July 2026. This 344-room hotel will feature over 19,000 square feet of meeting space and a variety of dining options. In India, the Signia by Hilton Jaipur is expected to open in 2028, featuring 216 rooms and more than 24,000 square feet of event space.
In Egypt, the brand will debut with the Signia by Hilton Cairo Skywalk and the Signia by Hilton Residences Cairo Skywalk. These properties will offer a combined 400 rooms and residences, along with extensive meeting facilities and dining venues.
Domestically, Signia by Hilton is expanding with several new projects. The Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas, has recently opened, marking the brand’s entry into the state. The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida, will be rebranded as Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort in 2026 following renovations. In Indianapolis, a new property is expected to open in fall 2026, featuring nearly 100,000 square feet of meeting space. Additionally, construction has begun on the Signia by Hilton Savannah, which is set to open in mid-2028.
These developments are part of Hilton’s broader strategy to expand its luxury and lifestyle portfolio, which recently reached 1,000 hotels globally. The company aims to add three luxury and lifestyle hotels per week by 2025.
