Some Ontario parks are reaching their fall colour peak and here’s where

23 September 20252 Mins Read

Fall walks are a crucial activity this time of year in Ontario. The province is full of lush parks, and as the leaves start to change, the window of time where the colours are at their peak is short. Well, Ontario Parks keeps track of that for you with its fall colour map, and if you want to get out to enjoy the views this weekend, these are the spots you’re going to want to jot down.

The map Ontario Parks uses a colour-coded system to show which parks’ fall colours are peaking. Currently, these are the parks that are boasting the best shades of red, orange and yellow.

The best part about the map is that Ontario Parks also includes blurbs that let you know the prime areas of the park for fall colour viewing, so you can pick the spots you want to go to beforehand.

Whether you’re a hiker in search of the ultimate views or just want to get some steps and snap some photos, be sure to use this resource.

Happy fall, ya’ll.
