Starwood Capital Group and Fontainebleau Development Launch 1 Homes Jupiter Island in South Florida

• Starwood Capital Group and Fontainebleau Development have partnered to develop 26 oceanfront estate residences known as 1 Homes Jupiter Island in South Florida.
• The residences, ranging from 3 to 4 bedrooms and 4,000 to 6,000 square feet, are just 30 minutes from Palm Beach.

The development comprises 26 oceanfront estate residences, ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 square feet, with three to four bedrooms. Groundwork for the project has already begun.

The development is a collaboration between Starwood Capital Group, a private investment firm focusing on global real estate, and Fontainebleau Development, a leading real estate development group with expertise in large-scale lifestyle developments within the hospitality, retail, residential, and commercial sectors.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts, a sustainable hotel brand management company founded by Starwood Capital Chairman and CEO Barry Sternlicht, is also part of this collaboration. Miami’s award-winning Swedroe Architecture and Fanny Haim & Associates are responsible for the design of 1 Homes Jupiter Island. The residences will be furniture-ready and include a curated selection of fine fixtures and finishes.
