Steak 'n Shake Is Giving Away Free Burgers on May 28—Here’s How to Claim Yours

Steak ‘n Shake is giving away free burgers on Thursday, May 28!

On Sunday, May 24, the restaurant chain announced they would be celebrating National Hamburger Day by offering free Double Steakburgers for one day only.

According to Steak ‘n Shake’s website, the burger comes with two thin, crispy-edged beef patties seared on a flat top with cheese and your choice of toppings. Pricing for the item a la carte ranges from $5.79 to $7.20, depending on the variation you order.

How to get a free Double Steakburger from Steak ‘n Shake

On May 28, customers just have to wear or show any American flag item—like a hat, shirt, or pin—to score a free Double Steakburger.

The promotion is valid in-store only and is limited to one per person.

Steakburgers on the menu include the Original Double ‘N Cheese, Double Steakburger Double Cheese, Bacon ‘n Cheese Double Steakburger, Butter Double Steakburger, Garlic Double Steakburger, and the limited-edition Bitcoin Steakburger featuring a Bitcoin logo stamped directly onto the top bun.
