Megan Moroney is keeping a guitar in her arms and fans on their toes.
On Tuesday, October 14, the 28-year-old country star—who might just be kissing her blue era goodbye for a whole new yellow look—delighted fans with a pop-up show at La La Land Kind Cafe in Nashville, Tennessee.
The “Tennessee Orange” singer chose a cute yellow mini dress for the event, ditching the blue that has defined her Am I Okay? age.
The stylish star later took to Instagram to share a big announcement, accompanied by photos and videos from the surprise performance.
“Nashville heard it first… but my next single beautiful things is out next friday!” the Georgia native revealed.
She continued with a sweet message, writing, “In the meantime, make sure you go to @lalalandkindcafe & order the Megan Moroney latte + grab a sleeve to write something kind & encouraging to a stranger. can’t wait for y’all to have this song that is sooo special to me <3."
This was not Moroney’s only surprise show as of late.
She recently performed “Beautiful Things,” which is currently unreleased, during a pop-up show with Ed Sheeranat KidSuper in Brooklyn on Monday, October 6.

Fans could hardly contain their happiness over Moroney’s upcoming single, which is set to be released on Friday, October 24. They took to Instagram to praise the star, with one commenting, “YAYYYYYYYYYYY.”

“Beautiful Things” is not Moroney’s first 2025 release. The country singer dropped her hit summer single, “6 Months Later,” on June 20.
Megan Moroney’s ‘Am I Okay? Tour’
Moroney is currently wrapping up her Am I Okay? Tour, which began on March 20 in Montreal, Québec. After two shows in Toronto, Ontario, she traveled across multiple U.S. cities before concluding the main leg of the tour on October 12 in Dallas, Texas.
She is set to perform in Tampa, Florida, on October 18 as part of the Tampa Pig Jig festival, followed by multiple shows in Australia.
