An exciting partnership between an international wine brand and a beloved Toronto activity has landed in the city, just in time for summer!
New Zealand winemaker Squealing Pig is riding into Toronto with the help of the city’s Pedal Pub tours! Just in time to close out Pride Month in a cheeky way, Squealing Pig has done a pedal pub takeover for everyone to enjoy.
Pedal to the metal
Squealing Pig’s piggy mascot leads the way on its custom-branded pedal pub, acting as a rolling symbol of Pride that turns heads and radiates inclusivity throughout the streets of Toronto!
Throughout July, anybody who books a Pedal Pub Toronto tour has the chance to ride around in the custom Squealing Pig carriage.
This is just one of the many ways Squealing Pig aims to spread the joy this summer, all while showing their support for the 2SLGBTQI+ community — not just for Pride of course, but all summer long!
From New Zealand to Ontario
Straight from New Zealand and landing in Ontario LCBOs last year, Squealing Pig has already made a name for itself with fresh, full-bodied and fruit-forward blends. The vibrant Sauvignon Blanc offers refreshing bursts of citrus fruit, white peach, and herbaceous notes, making it the perfect sip with a seafood meal.
For a bright and lively sip, Squealing Pig’s Rosé makes for a crisp and refreshing blend from Marlborough, New Zealand. Light-bodied and dry, this one’s perfect for a sunny day with aromas of wild strawberries, watermelon, and citrus zest.
For a bold and dark Pinot Noir, look no further than Squealing Pig’s exclusive blend from the southernmost wine region in New Zealand, available at LCBO. Complex with aromas of raspberry pie, dark chocolate and cherries, this is a full-bodied wine.
Squeal the joy this summer
The pig’s out the bag. July in Toronto doesn’t last forever, and neither does this exclusive Pedal Pub Toronto adventure!
Book by July 27 to (hopefully) secure the Squealing Pig pub. The most joyful ride in town is up for grabs!
