Swiss-Belhotel International is expanding its Egyptian property portfolio with the addition of Swiss-Belresidences Manaj, a new development in New Cairo. The development, a partnership with Manaj Developments S.A.E., will consist of 200 luxury apartments in the South Investors Area.
The collaboration was officially confirmed on 16 January at Swiss-Belhotel International’s regional headquarters in Dubai. Manaj Developments and Swiss-Belhotel are both committed to creating high-quality, sustainable developments that enhance residents’ living experiences and contribute to Cairo’s growth.
Eng. Abd El Monem Ghita, Chairman of Manaj Development, stated that the project aims to set new standards for comfortable living in Cairo by combining stylish design and practical features. Meanwhile, Gavin M. Faull, Chairman and President of Swiss-Belhotel International, expressed his satisfaction in partnering with Manaj Developments on this landmark project, which aligns with their commitment to delivering quality accommodations in prime locations.
Laurent A. Voivenel, Senior Vice President of Swiss-Belhotel International, emphasized that Swiss-Belresidences Manaj will provide an unmatched living experience in New Cairo, offering a blend of tranquility and connectivity. The residences will feature several facilities and services catering to a sophisticated lifestyle.
The Swiss-Belresidences Manaj project will be completed by 2027. It is strategically located to easily access key landmarks like the American University in Cairo, South and North 90 Streets, Gamal Abdelnasser Axis, Suez Street, and the New Administrative Capital. The apartments are designed with spacious layouts, high-quality finishes, and personalized services.
