A team of award-winning tea masters, one of whom you still see working behind the counter most days, developed the shop’s smooth, rich, balanced milk tea. Pair the brew with a fluffy egg sandwich in the morning or a pineapple bun with a thick slab of butter in the afternoon. It looks like a to-go counter from the street, but squeeze through and you’ll find a mini maze of tables farther in.
