The Canadian cottage seen in ‘Heated Rivalry’ can now be booked for a stay

24 February 20262 Mins Read

A Canadian cottage that set the scene for some of the most talked-about moments in Heated Rivalry is about to welcome fans in real life.

The secluded three-bedroom retreat, known as Barlochan Cottage, will officially be available to book on Airbnb as of March 3, 2026, at noon ET.

Super fans are in for a treat as they’ll have the chance to step inside a backdrop that became synonymous with charged exchanges, candid conversations, and unforgettable tension. IYKYK.

What to expect

This cottage is tucked away in a serene, off-the-grid setting, designed for slowing down and reconnecting — right on the west shore of Lake Muskoka in Ontario.

As previously mentioned, it features three bedrooms, each with king-sized beds.

Inside, the living room boasts an ample space perfect for guests who simply want to curl up with a Canada Dry and put the game on. The open-concept kitchen offers the perfect setup to recreate that family vibe.

Whether that’s whipping up late-night tuna melts, flipping burgers or getting in those post-workout smoothies (with extra bananas, of course).

And this experience wouldn’t be super Canadian if it weren’t for the sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. We’re talking wine-open wilderness.

Fans can book the stay for $248.10 per night, which, according to Airbnb, is a “tribute to rivals pairing off at the cottage instead of facing off on the ice.”

To mark the launch, Airbnb will also make a donation to the Children’s Foundation of Muskoka.

The foundation supports kids from economically disadvantaged homes in Muskoka by giving them access to opportunities and resources.

Now you’ll really get to turn fiction into a weekend getaway.
