The Four Seasons Yacht Is Getting A Very Luxe Upgrade for 2027

If you needed another reason to dream about a luxury vacation in 2027, Four Seasons just announced one that is likely to appeal to food lovers.

Four Seasons Yachts has unveiled its 2027 Chef-in-Residence program, bringing chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants in destinations including Hong Kong, Paris, the French Riviera, Tokyo, and Napa Valley aboard select voyages of Four Seasons I.

The program will feature five chefs, including culinary talent from three-Michelin-starred and two-Michelin-starred restaurants, with additional chefs expected to be announced in the coming months.

Chef Guillaume Galliot of three-Michelin-starred Caprice at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong will kick off the 2027 program during the Grand Caribbean to Tobago & Dominica voyage from January 18 through 31. Chef Evan Neumann of one-Michelin-starred Auro at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley will follow aboard the Lesser Antilles featuring Guadeloupe & Nevis voyage from January 31 to February 7.

Later in the year, Chef Yoric Tièche of one-Michelin-starred Le Cap in Cap-Ferrat will return for a second season aboard Four Seasons I during the October 3 through 10 Rivieras featuring Capri & Cannes voyage. Chef Guillaume Bracaval of one-Michelin-starred est at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi will take part in the November 6 to 13 Canary Islands featuring Casablanca & Tenerife voyage, while Chef Bertrand Noeureuil of two-Michelin-starred L’Orangerie at Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris will round out the currently announced lineup during the Nov. 21-28 Lesser Antilles featuring St. Lucia & Nevis voyage.

During each residency, the featured chef will create a four- to five-course tasting menu at Sedna, Four Seasons I’s fine-dining restaurant, with curated wine pairings. The chefs will also take over another onboard dining venue for a day and host a welcome reception at the yacht’s Horizon Lounge.

Each featured sailing will carry the signature of one chef, in one region, at one moment in the season, creating a culinary experience that exists only on that voyage.”

Four Seasons says additional chefs and details for the 2027 program will be announced in the coming months. Four Seasons I is currently the first yacht in the fleet, with a second vessel, Four Seasons II, expected to debut in 2028.
